PLYmaster has teamed up with JAGPly to offer a wide variety of services to our customers. Services include; Cut to Size, CNC Routing and VJ Grooving.

CUT TO SIZE

PLYmaster in-conjunction, with our sister company, Jag Ply offers a custom cut to size panel operation. We cut all types of wood based panels (Plywood, MDF, OSB etc) and can cut up to 80mm thick and 4.5m in length. Jag will cut to any size and quantity and guarantees an accuracy of ± 1.0mm. CNC ROUTING

PLYmaster in-conjunction with Jag Ply offers a high precision CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Routing service and is able to provide a variety of options. Please head to the Request a Quote form to send us your details and measurements.

VJ Panels

Our VJ panels are available in either  Interior or Exterior  Grade plywood,usually with veneer quality  “B” grade face and a “D” grade back. Similar to the old VJ timber planks. VJ Plywood is a more superior system to that of timber planks, as it is faster to install and covers an area much faster, more stable and easier to paint or lacquer.

Thickness: 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 18mm
